Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in company’s strategic planning for the organization
• Handle projects and oral presentations
• Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department
• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
• Involve in company’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe
• Provide administrative support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Management or Business
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Good verbal and written presentation skill
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Decent time management skills
• Possess a good attitude of hard work, resilience,initiative and a strong growth mindset with the willingness to learn, so as to be in line with stepping up into leadership and management roles in the near future as planned
