We are looking for passionate self motivated individuals who understand the brand and have a plan and vision for creating marketing plans. You must be strong in graphic design.

In this role, you will be given creative freedom to achieve specific goals, and we expect you to be able to problem-solve on your own when given a problem to address.

Your tasks include:

-Management of Social Media (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook)

• Creation of posts/stories on a content calendar
• Initiate, discuss and execute partnerships of social media campaigns
• Run ads and do the back-end data analytics
• Find and coordinate KOL/live streamers

-Management of Visual Merchandising

• Design Owala experiences across different stores in Singapore

-Management of strategic partnerships

• Partner with local/international brands to execute collaborations

• Sell Wines, make recommendation, up-sell to customers
• Manage inventory within the shops, liaise with office and warehouse on stock requisition and after sales service
• Manage a team of sales associates across all outlets
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of shop at all time.

Requirements:

• Presentable, able to speak english, able to manage POS system and basic e-correspondences
• Prior liquor retail experiences would be an advantage
• Able to carry heavy stocks

• Package and label products accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Assist with inventory management and organization of the warehouse

Tasks:

(i) Social Media:
- Create a posting grid and social media posting plan including key sale dates for Owala
- Optimise Social media campaigns
- Perform User Generated Content(UGC) collaborations

- Sign Social Media affiliates

- Create conceptual storyboards for live streams/UGCs targeted to the different psychographic profiles

(ii)Website:

- Complete SEO
- Managing Owala website with landing pages
- Setup for membership programs with an email marketing program (iii)Partnerships:

- Create and initiate a partnership network for brands inclusive of (Fashion, Fitness, Restaurants, FMCG partners) to synergies on marketing and do collab giveaways

-Build affiliates network to allow for the sharing of resources (live stream studios, e-commerce platforms, product bundle sales etc)

(iv)Physical:

- Review of displays
- Revamping display concepts in physical stores

-Management and initiation of partnerships with clients

• Manage social media marketing and content strategy.
