Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Digital Asset Trade and Custody Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing the operational aspects of digital asset trading activities, custody operations and handling large volumes of data. You will collaborate closely with traders, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trade execution, custody management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Experience with digital exchange and custody platform operations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage large volumes of data.
2. Execute digital asset trades across various trading platforms and exchanges.
3. Monitor trade execution to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with trading strategies and risk management guidelines.
4. Manage trade settlements, including confirmation, reconciliation, and reporting of trades.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve trade-related issues and discrepancies.
6. Oversee digital asset custody operations, including safekeeping, transfers, and reconciliation of assets.
7. Ensure the security and integrity of digital assets held in custody, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
8. Collaborate with technology teams to implement and enhance custody solutions and infrastructure.
9. Maintain and update custody systems, databases, and documentation to support custody operations.
10. Conduct periodic audits and reviews of custody processes to identify and mitigate risks.
11. Stay informed about regulatory developments and industry best practices related to digital asset custody operations.
12. Assist with the onboarding of new custody clients and integration with custody platforms.
13. Provide support and assistance to traders, analysts, and other team members regarding custody-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA
• 1+ years of experience in digital asset trading and custody operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, trading instruments, and trading platforms.
• Familiarity with trade execution processes, order routing, trade confirmation, and settlement.
• Proficiency in using trading systems, custody platforms, APIs, and other trading-related technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, in both English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to digital asset trading and custody operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the user experience design of the company's product line web and H5 interfaces, providing effective design strategies for product iteration and improvement, including creative visual design, interaction flows, information architecture, etc.
2. Interface between product requirements and user needs, deeply involved in requirements analysis and creative experience design, providing comprehensive user experience solutions for product design.
3. Master methods of analyzing user behavior, with a data-driven design mindset, able to explore user needs through user research and data analysis, and validate design solutions.
4. Continuously propose feasible innovative proposals based on product requirements and features, design UI visual solutions that fit the product's style, and be responsible for implementation to ensure the high fidelity of design solutions.
5. Establish systematic design specifications, proactively pay attention to data and feedback, focus on core user experience, respond quickly, and optimize design solutions.
6. Possess good creative design performance ability, pay attention to industry development trends, polish product details, enhance user experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of product experience.

Qualifications:

1. More than 2 years of relevant industry experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in design/interaction, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, and able to provide a resume and portfolio.
3. Proficient in Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and other design software, familiar with design specifications of various platforms.
4. Excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, able to quickly understand and respond to product or user needs, with a high sense of responsibility and industry insight, able to embrace change, possess strong stress resistance, and actively promote and find breakthroughs in efficient output situations.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
6. Possess exceptionally strong visual expression abilities or powerful user experience design capabilities; master multiple design expression methods, combine comprehensive thinking of business, operations, and data, independently define design styles, formulate interaction design strategies, and drive implementation to boost business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall product design, application, and user experience of the project.
2. Responsible for designing the overall business process of the product, designing the interaction interface and process prototype of the product, and writing product requirement documents.
3. Mainly responsible for the design and iteration of asset management-related products and asset inflow and outflow modules within the platform.
4. Track and analyze user feedback, continuously optimize product functionality and user experience.
5. Deeply understand the exchange industry and market, propose product innovation points and improvement solutions based on technological development and user needs.
6. Conduct regular market research, analyze competitors' products, and provide data support for product strategy.

Job Requirements:

1. More than three years of experience in web3 product development, able to independently carry out product planning and design.
2. Proficient in product requirement analysis, as well as skills in prototype design, interaction, and usability design.
3. Familiar with various projects in the web3 field, including DeFi, second-layer solutions, cross-chain bridges, and first-layer protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with designers and product engineers to produce high-quality product frontend layers.
2. Participate in the development of various platform applications, including Web and Mobile products, responsible for frontend interaction implementation.
3. Fully understand project requirements and technical requirements.
4. Share experiences and new technologies with team members to help the team grow.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, familiar with ES6 new specifications and TypeScript language.
2. Proficient in mainstream frameworks such as React/AngularJS/Vue, familiar with scoping, with experience in web3j development preferred.
3. Proficient in various functions of browser debugging tools and debugging methods using them, proficient in build tools such as Gulp, webpack, etc.
4. Clear understanding of modularization, componentization, and frontend engineering.
5. Strong communication and learning abilities, good sense of teamwork.
6. Fluent English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Major in software-related fields, bachelor's degree obtained from a regular university.
2. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms. Able to handwrite heap sort algorithms.
3. Familiar with Golang.
4. Must be familiar with at least one scripting language: nix shell/Python/php.
