Job Purpose / Overview:
The Global Direct Digital Marketing Transformation Deployment Lead will play a critical role in partnering with a leading FMCG client in driving their transformation to become a digital-first organization that drives organic growth. Key vision of the client are articulated as: We must reshape the way we reach, convert and add value to our consumers across paid, owned and earned media.
This role is key to spearheading the DDM transformational program in APAC with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
This role is critical to delivering DDM Transformation across multiple growth markets. This role will help support the adoption of DDM frameworks, implementation of platforms and processes, supporting RGMs through the onboarding of new agency partners and more.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Capability building:
● Support markets in building new capabilities across media, content, search, CRM, and data.
● Ensure alignment of new capabilities with overall DDM strategies and objectives.
● Monitor the implementation and performance of DDM capabilities in different markets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with Operating Entity (OE) teams to facilitate collaboration and support.
● Act as a liaison between OE teams and the DDM Program Owner and Program Manager, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
Best Practices and Standards:
● Develop and share best practices, guidelines, and standards for DDM across markets.
● Ensure consistency and quality in the deployment of DDM capabilities and frameworks.
Change Management:
● Support OE teams in managing the change associated with the adoption of new DDM capabilities.
● Address any challenges or resistance to change, providing solutions and support as needed.
Job Specifications / Qualifications:
Education & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business schools or equivalent digital education.
Knowledge and experience:
10+ years experience in digital marketing and in digital performance driven organizations
● Self-starter – able to identify and build data sets and analysis and identify opportunities
● Experience in managing external agencies/partners
● You are a great collaborator and communicator
