Purpose
- The Fashion Stylist drives customer styling and appointment experience in stores and throughout the client activities within the region. He/she is responsible for supporting the team with clienteling and styling activities, client development and appointment KPIs.
- He/she also coaches the retail team to enhance their styling and clienteling skills, develop consistent styling workshop by collection.
- As an expert in clienteling, the Fashion Stylist will act as a role model for Client Advisors to improve the overall knowledge of luxury service, styling and client engagement.
Responsibilities
SERVICE AND SALES
- Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire our clients by creating desire and love for Burberry with every interaction.
- Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion and styling.
- Follow the Client journey to elevate the Client experience in the store: Ensure a great initial impression; discover your client, be a product and styling expert and close the sale to maintain the relationship with the client.
- Support Client Advisors through appointments and existing client retentions
- Support Client Advisors in preparing for appointments and events
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Act as a coach for Client Advisors and Senior Client Advisors on clienteling, styling, developing elite clients portfolio
- Foster team work and a positive work climate
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Under the guidance of Client Engagement Manager, assist with execution of client engagement events
- Support the Client Engagement Manager to motivate and drive engagement with local events and activations

- Stores sales performance
- Sales & KPIS met through appointments
- Increase in client advisor’s KPIs (ATV & UPT) on transactions that the styling Expert were involved in
- Service targets (Guest Experience, Net promoter score)
- Qualitative feedback from CE, store team
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 year’s experience in luxury retail.
- A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in building relationship with high net worth clients and developing a VIC portfolio
- Excellent clienteling experience
- A strong interest in fashion, art and culture
- Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations
- Excellent understanding of competitor products
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Fluent in local language
- Other language knowledge is desirable
