Assisting both the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in conducting their roles and tasks. This will include but is not limited to:

• Data analytics
• Prepare business plans and feasibility studies
• Liaise with German speaking business contacts and develop new and deepen relations with German speaking entities from Europe, i.e. Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
• Business development projects
• Represent the Company at public events such as organized by Trade Chambers particularly but not limited to the German speaking associations.
• Assist in Public Relations and Communication, for example Webpage and Newsletter development.
• Liaise with the German headquarter organisation.
• Support digitization projects
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the MD and CFO

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and generate new leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend the right instrument that suits customer's requirement.
• Develop new networks such as music teachers/friends of Steinway/VIPs/Steinway Owners database.
• Maintenance and update of CRM database.
• Handle and assist in store events, cross-branding collaborations and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in off-site special events and other related activities outside store operation.
• Inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Must have experience in sales, ideally for luxury goods or high-end services.
• Willingness to take a long term view and building relationship with our customers.
• Piano playing and music appreciation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project maintenance upgrade and support iScala ERP, CRM, Zoho suite, expense claim solution and retail POS deployed for the various business units/retail stores.
• Liaise with application vendor and retail partner on customization requirement and process, integration 3rd party applications with ERP.
• Responsible for project planning, execution and quality deliverables based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Control the deliverables and assist the business users during the implementation project.
• Develop reports for both operational and management reporting requirements using reporting tools and willing to work with the business unit managers to identify needs.
• Continuously define and upgrade SOP for the business processes in the system and providing training.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, mainly business managers to identify & gather business requirements with the objective to optimize operations. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management of the Company.

Requirements:

• iScala ERP, SAP, SQL, Microsoft Office 365 & sharepoint, RPA, macros, PowerBI
• Experience in retail POS system (is a plus)
• Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
• Willing to get hands-on and work with the team in the region, if required.
