To manage and execute all sales and events operation; internal and external while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans.
Hygiene and Safety Standards
- Follow the organisation’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards.
- Follow the organisation’s workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Ensure events follow local security, Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
- Ensure that all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are complied with, as well as understood and adhered to by the whole team, including sub-contractors.
Event Sales & Operation
- Responsible for event sales and operations.
- Assist with facilitation of workshops and tours
- Function as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and positively representing the company to corporate clients over the phone, email and in person.
- Responding to all client enquiries within a 24-hour period.
- Generate new leads.
- Consult with clients to determine objectives, requirements, and budget for events.
- Prepare and submit formal proposals and event decks tailored to client’s specifications while maximizing returns to the Company.
- Meet and greet clients, attend site visits, pre-planning meetings and other venue meetings as necessary to support event guest experience.
- Maintain existing client relationships and generate new relationships.
- Responsible for ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately
- Effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders on event order, timelines, special requirements, feedback, etc.
- Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events.
