Job Descriptions & Requirements:
This position reports to the Executive Director (ED) and Corporate Manager and interfaces with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and volunteers. Scope of work:
1. Corporate and human resource administration
· Management of staff records, property (laptops etc) and accounts (email, access to files etc)
· Posting of job openings where required.
· Support banking and finance matters for the organisation.
· Planning and facilitating head of department meetings.
· Coordination meetings between ED, partners, and board members.
2. Management support in upcoming projects of the agency
· Office relocation project: assist in organisation-wide facilitation, coordination of move by liaising with vendors and donors for donations.
· Involvement in corporate events (outreach, fundraising and so on)
· Delivery of the following projects:
o Application for funding on major donor and sector administrator’s website
o Renewal of charity status
o Coordination for digitalisation project including payment gateway implementation.
3. Stakeholder engagement
· Recruit volunteers and assist programme managers, staff in volunteer engagement.
· Assist in communication and appeal efforts to donors.
