Role Overview:

The Channel Operations Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in live streaming and new media projects. This includes managing project plans, coordinating internal and external teams, and assisting in marketing activities to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live broadcasts to ensure a smooth experience, aiming to increase viewer engagement, likes, gifts, and interaction between mentors and viewers.
• Collect and analyze key data such as live broadcast statistics, subscription changes, and gift income, and implement measures to optimize performance.
• Create promotional videos and edit/upload content as required.
• Manage online groups on the company’s platform to foster community engagement.
• Assist with online sales activities and other related tasks.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in video and image editing tools (e.g., Jianying, Photoshop).
• Strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset, particularly in achieving sales and engagement targets.
• Creative and enthusiastic about the financial and investment industry.
• Demonstrates strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and resilience under pressure.

Working Days: 5 days , 9:30am to 6:30pm or 2pm - 10pm (2 Shifts)

The Operations Executive is responsible for the administrative support of live broadcast and new media projects. This includes managing project schedules and marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external teams, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring the whole process of the live broadcasting to make sure of higher quality in terms of fluency of the live stream, higher concurrent viewers, more thumbs up, more gifts sending, more interactions between the lecturer and viewers;
• Collecting and analyzing essential data of the channel’s live broadcasting, videos, subscription changes, gifts income etc., then carrying out effective measures to optimize the key data;
• Advertising video production as required, video edition and uploading as required;
• Management of online groups on the company’s own platform;
• Assisting online sales campaigns as required;
• Other relevant works as required;

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any relevant field;
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us;
• Proficient with Video and Picture Editing tools like Jianying, Photoshop etc.;
• Good teamwork with colleagues to achieve sales targets and other targets;
• Good at creative works and interested in the financial investment industry;
• Strong capacities of learning, communication, Logical thinking and anti-pressure;

• Based on the audience of the overseas YouTube platform, carry out IP positioning, hot content planning, and video creation guidance;
• Analyze operating data, conduct account review and summary, and optimize and improve;
• Coordinate other work within the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any relevant fields.
• Familiar with the characteristics and algorithms of the YouTube platform, understand the preferences and habits of overseas users;
• More than 1 year of YouTube operating experience, with a sense of the Internet and a big brain;
• Sensitive to data, specific and good teamwork ability and anti-pressure ability;
• Interested in finance and short video fields;
