Requirements and Responsibilities

• Proactive to undertake any assignments or tasks which helps in business development, sales and marketing, inclusive of sales leads generation and cold sales. Hunter mentality.
• Assist the Business Development Team in solution demonstrations and process walk-through.
• Implement and conduct surveys to find out market trends and feedback about our solutions.
• Deliver presentations to large group of audience via webinars, social media platforms and in-person conferences/forums.
• Understanding and experience in using digital media effectively for marketing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with users via all applicable forms of communication platforms.
• Conduct training/workshops to client users.
• Provide solution support to client users.
• Involve in testing of mobile and web solution enhancements.
• Involve in providing industry-required feature enhancements to product development team.
• Good proficiency in written communication and documentation.
• Communicative, sociable and relationship-builder.

Sales Incentive

• Sales incentive will be given on top of basic salary for meeting sales target.
