The company is a top communication school and is inviting a Research Grant Administrator (6-Month contract) to join its team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides effective administration of research grant call applications and management of awarded grants

· Be the first-level approver and assist in providing the fastest and smoothest approver flow

· Creates weekly research e-newsletter, research related publication and develop website for research grants, projects and achievements

· Assists in organizing research talks

· Monitor deadlines for the submission of expenditure reports as well as progress and final reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree

· 2-3 years of experience preferably from an academic institution

· Proven administrative skills including the ability to handle data with accuracy

· Excellent reporting with some finance working knowledge

· Ability to do content management and creation of information on research (Website, social media and newsletters)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support director and the team in administrative duties
• Consolidate and manage the division returns and asset allocation; Coordinate and track any repair with the IT/ Maintenance team
• Monitor and track expense and support documents
• Manage and update any changes to list of mail groups with new joiners/ remove resignees etc
• Track divisional staff welfare fund and usage
• Process monthly transport/ expense claims
• General support to teams for office admin resources
• Collate team’s attendance/ representation at company’s events
• Other relevant administrative duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any discipline
• 2 years’ experience as a Team Administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient In MS Office
