Job Responsibilities:
- Support director and the team in administrative duties
- Consolidate and manage the division returns and asset allocation; Coordinate and track any repair with the IT/ Maintenance team
- Monitor and track expense and support documents
- Manage and update any changes to list of mail groups with new joiners/ remove resignees etc
- Track divisional staff welfare fund and usage
- Process monthly transport/ expense claims
- General support to teams for office admin resources
- Collate team’s attendance/ representation at company’s events
- Other relevant administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- 2 years’ experience as a Team Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient In MS Office
