Responsibilties
Jobscope:
Managing CFO Group's client account and liaise with CFO Group's clients locally or oversea such as China;
Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and compiling segments of monthly or quarterly or yearly closings;
Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received;
Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies;
Assisting clients in setting up their business flow and handling payroll when required;
Ensuring clients' compliance with all statutory obligations;
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field and preferred with experience in - maintaining full sets of accounts.
Fluency in English/Mandarin is essential as the role involves direct communication with our Local/Chinese clients, ensuring effective and accurate exchange of information
Knowledge of Xero is an added advantage
Possess good accounting knowledge.
Possess good time management, planning, and organizing skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers.
