Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems. Notebooks, Smartphones, and tablets as well
• Install new software and hardware on computers
• Identify and resolve hardware or software issues
• Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
• Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Collaborating with other service centers and partners on repair services

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Planning: Identify training needs, develop course objectives, create engaging materials, and coordinate logistics for workshops and seminars.
• Delivering: Facilitate interactive training sessions using techniques like role-playing and group discussions; provide post-training support and resources.
• Workshop Facilitation: Adapt delivery methods, foster collaboration, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot challenges during sessions.
• Independent Work: Develop and execute training strategies independently while collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
• Staying Updated: Keep informed on new trends, training techniques, and delivery methods to enhance effectiveness.

Objective:

• Represent the company’s products and services with comprehensive product knowledge and customer insights.

Requirements:
