We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support. If you have experience in IT troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and providing user support, we want to hear from you. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
- Working Location: Bugis Flagship Store
- Working Hours: Mondays to Sundays, 11.00 AM - 9.30 PM
- 5 Days work week
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems. Notebooks, Smartphones, and tablets as well
- Install new software and hardware on computers
- Identify and resolve hardware or software issues
- Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job
- Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborating with other service centers and partners on repair services
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and accuracy
