Reporting to the Quality Control & After Sales Service Manager Supervisor, this position is responsible for delivering a professional and seamless Quality Control, Repair and Care support to the brand by providing ultimate standards of our Quality & After Sales services to the retail team.

Manage Quality Control and Repairs (Fashion)

• Working in collaboration with the Global/ Regional team, to disseminate product quality alerts to relevant business partners.
• Work with Product/Retail & DC teams, organize and monitor QC process on all incoming and outgoing shipments for Fashion & WFJ products
• Submit monthly and ad hoc Quality and repair issues reports to Global/Regional for quality analysis
• Work with Local/Regional/Global teams on repair feasibilities and follow-ups
• Organize and coordinate QC and Repair schedules to meet deadlines
• Ensure highest standards in all aspect of the service provided throughout the repair process
• Adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards

Develop Exceptional Customer Care Solutions

• Elevating the after sales experience & delivering exceptional After Sales Service experience with the ability to offer Quality Assurance and repair feasibility advice and escalate issues, where necessary.

Foster Innovation & New Initiatives

• Liaise with Global/Regional/other markets on best practices, adaptations, and local requirement and standard throughout entire project execution, respecting the project schedules and work plan
• Support new system implementations, and perform UAT and project review and submit reports to Global/Regional teams.
• Support project performance to identify areas for improvement, and propose adjustments as needed.
• Provide project updates on a regular basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Operational Excellence

• To optimize and improve processes and the overall approach to meet KPIs and SLAs by monitoring backlog reports and follow up with respective parties
• Collaborate with retail team to share QC and repair topics during morning briefings
• Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are understood and adapted whilst proposing improvements as relevant.
• Support ad-hoc duties and back up for team members.

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in after sales and/ or product quality control or project management roles.

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to deliver the brand image through providing ultimate standard of after sales support and advice to our staff and clients in the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Fashion Advisors on more Complex Cases (20%)

• Provide support to Fashion Advisors & the current In Boutique After Sales Specialisit team, so that they may provide appropriate After Sales advice to clients, especially for more complex cases.
• Works with Fashion Advisors to ensure close follow up for all after sales cases and provide prompt and regular updates (eg technical aspects) to clients.
• Provide technical after sales advice to clients in the boutique as necessary.

Elevate After Sales Process & Elevate Know-how in Boutique (25%)

• Coach Fashion Advisors on simple product diagnosis, and to differentiate between repair and care services (initially for Handbags and WOC, to be expanded to other categories TBA)
• Validate the initial diagnosis done by Fashion Advisor.
• Guide Fashion Advisors as needed to ensure details & services are updated correctly in the CASS system with the correct estimate quotation.
• Guide Fashion Advisors as needed to perform the “authentication” quick check on all products received.
• Take clear photos of the general conditions and areas of requested service to be uploaded in CASS.
• Collaborate closely with Repair Centre on CASS follow up and repair/care status

Promoting the right “After Sales” mindset and culture in Boutique (25%)

• Share and infuse the rationale of “CHANEL & Moi” to the Boutique team.
• Work with Boutique Management to support Fashion advisors to elevate the After-Sales experience for their respective clients.
• Collaborates with Boutique CEM Expert on loyalizing After Sales Clients through instilling confidence and the right mindset in engaging After Sales Clients.
• Assist in CASS user trainings at boutiques and attend morning briefings to share Quality and After Sales topics.

OTHERS (30%)

Administration/Coordination/ CASS update

• Update additional status/remarks in CASS system and repair form where applicable
• Indicate clearly the status/conversation with clients of the repair on both CASS/repair form and communicate to Repair Centre on the needs of clients
• Validate Client contact details in the system (eg email, phone number, mode of communication)

Quality Control:

• Work closely with the boutiques and consolidate clients’ feedback on product quality concerns and feedback to QCASS Manager
• Disseminate product quality alert to retail team when necessary.

Reports:

• Track Commercial decisions and reasons and work with Boutique Management and QCASS Manager on actions plans to address issues and gaps

Repair & Care Stock Maintenance:

• Maintain clients’ repair and care inventory and perform stock-take exercise in boutiques on a weekly basis
• Work with Fashion Advisors to contact and remind clients on collection of items

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate
• Good command of computer skills

Work Experience

• More than 5 years relevant experience in after sales and/or product quality control field

Maximize the High end Business Opportunity

• In collaboration with Retail, he/she will oversee the sales performance measurement and monitoring, High-End experience, and customer requests including Bespoke projects
• Support WFJ / Fashion retail teams in perfectly anticipate, prepare and organize exclusive high-ticket presentations and client previews
• Client intelligence and knowledge to complete the holistic thinking of retail approach
• Grow HJ business through partnership with external party/ other division collaboration. Work in partnership with CEE in exploring partnership and collaboration with external partners: auction houses, art galleries, private clubs, hotels, department stores, banks, casino …
• Work with HOB and Retail Manager on driving new collections and challenging HE items

Ultimate High End Client experience

• Provide recommendation on High level strategy with the retail team in achieving high end target
• Analyze all relevant High End KPIs and suggest all necessary actions with the aim of elevating the Client Engagement and boost overall sales performance
• Creation and Cultivation of exceptional client experience and pampering to ensure high end clients recruitment, retention and reactivation, through close collaboration with marketing counterpart
• To create and animate High end experience and engagement touchpoints with high end targets on BESPOKE, Remote presentation, international and regional event experience to high end clients

High end Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

• Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop his/her client base, in collaboration with Retail Manager, to treat existing high ticket clients, upgrade high potentials, and regain lost clients
• Efficiently develops the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the boutique.
• Leverage with WPJ business and develop a healthy ecosystem for customer upgrade

High End Experts Community Animation

• Assist to develop High End Sales Capability of our sales associates (FA/WFJ) by conducting coaching session
• Identify and develop new talents to become confident on HE business
• To grow and give direction to the Sales Associate (FA/WFJ), aiming to increase level of HE competence in areas of client experience, relationship building and lifestyle experience such as Art and culture content.
• In-depth knowledge and connection to Arts & Culture; Inspire and infuse team on art & culture and collectibles includes different cultures around the world, charity, ballet, music, auction etc.)
• Strategize the “HE community”, track sales and KPIs for retail manager to action and provide constructive feedback
• Demonstrate knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing and be able to link with Chanel excellence in craftsmanship and creativity
• Demonstrate creativity and sophistication in mix and match of Jewellery pieces across different collections and clients’ own Jewellery.
• Gives feedback on competition, market trends and client feedback regarding our creations

Role Specifications:

Work Experience

• 10+ years working experience in CRM/ Business development, either luxury field or other high-end industry
• High Jewelry business exposure is essential
• Experience in luxury retail/ client centric role is preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service-related industry preferred.
