Job description

• Carry out service quality checks and ensuring that best practices area adopted
• Participate in the selection of chemicals, products and equipment
• Plan and review pest management operations
• Conduct research and literature reviews to study pest biology, behaviour and management
• Evaluate results of control measures implemented and prepare scientific reports
• Prepare and deliver documented proposals and reports for establish research trials
• Conduct technical training to update and educate the operation teams on the latest development in pest management
• Work closely with operation team to resolve pest related issues
• Responsible to work with Customers, Operations and Sales team closely to ensure sites have proper pest management program with relevant documentations.
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and also ensuring customers pass audits (internally and externally).
• Quality Checks and Quality Assurance or regular walk downs at customer site to ensure the pest management service level are maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries with regards to the difficult pest identification or preparation of pest identification reports.
• Troubleshooting for unresolved pest issues and working closely with Operations and Sales to resolve these pest issues.
• There are monthly and yearly quality inspection targets for this role of achieve.
• This role will handle different customers (from across various industries) both inclusive and exclusive of reporting.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Bioscience / Entomologist or equivalent
• Passion for insect & pest studies, analytical and able to conduct technical training.
• Able to work individually

Working locations: Islandwide

Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.00am to 1.00pm (Sat)

Job Descriptions

• Generally outdoor basis
• Have to go cilents' premises to carry out pest control services
• Inspection buildings and premises for signs of pest infestations
• Safely handle and apply pesticides according to established procedures
• To ensure prompt and timely service at customers' premises
• To maintain company equipment in good and working condition
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices

Requirements

• Minimum qualification NITEC
• Preferred personnel with current experience in pest control industry
• Must be hardworking and willingly to work in outdoor environment
• Having class 3 driving license would have an added advantage
• Company van provided and can be driven home
• Good team player and positive work attitude
• Singaporean only

Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of AP and AR and ensure that company policies and accounting standards is in compliance.
• Identify, resolve and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
• Update and maintain audit schedules on timely basis.
• Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
• Perform general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma and above.
• Must be able to work independently and within stipulated deadlines.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to work as team.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• Preferably Singaporean or PR.
