Job Description

• Managing of the building/construction of landed houses
• Familiar with Architecture and Structural
• Liaise with Architect, Engineer and Client
• Site management and coordination with workers and subcontractors
• Day-to-day site management

Job Requirements

• Education:

1. Diploma in a construction-related field, or Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in a construction-related field.

• Knowledge / Experience:

1. Well verse in interpreting construction drawing
2. Proficient in autocad and sketch up.
3. 5 years experience in construction, Local experience will be an advantage

• 5.5 working days

Responsibilities

• Produce all required 2D and detailed drawings for submission, approval and endorsement to authority and/or clients.

• Produce quality rendered 3D colour perspectives using AutoCad / Sketch-Up.

• Familiar with PUB drawings will be an advantage.

• Familiar with all the submissions to authority for building construction projects.

• Responsible to match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site.

• To attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements (if necessary).

• Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.

• Involved in coordination and preparation of specifications to liaise with project managers, engineers and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval.

• Good communication and design skillset to liaise with clients on their needs and requirements.

Requirements And Skills

• Proven work experience as a Designer, Draftsman or similar role

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Excel

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently with responsibility.
