Responsibilities

· Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll

· Handle the Project’s documents to/from internal and external parities

· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

· Recordkeeping and File documents

· Customer Service - attend to incoming calls

· Scanning of documents

-Run errands as and when necessary

Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

· Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision

· Supervise construction and civil , mechanical, piping and steel structures on site.

· Interpret and implement construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings

· Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation

· Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans

· Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

· Responsible for all aspects of site safety

· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

· Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

· Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

Requirements:

· Preferably with min 3 years working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD

· Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

· Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary

Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/stakeholders and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules. Liaise with the owners and consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is typically required

2. Experience: 10 years of experience as a Engineer or similar job role in the Civil Engineering industry or Mechanical cum steel structural work and piping fabrication work.

3. Technical Skills: Technical expertise and knowledge in mechanical cum steel structural works , piping and fittings knowledge ,Foundation, Civil works. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Good knowledge on method statements, Autocads drawing –piping isometric and etc

4. Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork are crucial for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

5. Project Management: Project management skills are valuable for overseeing engineering projects effectively.
