Human Resource (Main-responsibility, 80-90%)
- Manage full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) Functions including Payroll for the outlet staff.
- Administer leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Assist in review and revise HR policies, practices and processes and in executing HR strategies to achieve its business objectives.
- Provide assistance with various HR and administrative projects as needed.
- Organise staff engagement events and functions.
- Prepare monthly and adhoc reports for analysis.
- Manage leadership development and internship / place & training programme.
- Champion all grant applications and maintain HR department P&L with grant support.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from drafting offer letters and handling offboarding.
- Maintain compliance with local labour laws, handle work pass applications and renewals, income tax clearance, submission of statutory leave claims.
- Any other duties as required.
Accounts (Sub-responsibility, 10-20%, temp)
- Prepare and compile monthly sales and utilities reports for management review, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of credit card statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Prepare and manage Accounts Payable payment vouchers, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Guidance will be given for accounts related work. Those with knowledge in accounts will be an added advantages.
- High level of integrity & confidentiality with strong work ethics.
- Team Player with good communication and organization skills.
- Resourceful, tactful with positive attitude, committed and meticulous.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Knowledgeable of Employment Act & local labour practices.
