Assist with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
Update HR database and employee records.
Communicate with interview candidates and schedule interview for managers.
Conduct brief orientation to newly hired employees.
Process work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation.
Handle staff lodging issues.
Process HR related claims when necessary.
Arrange and schedule employees for WSQ Food Hygiene Course and other training workshops.
Provide administrative support when necessary.
Assist on payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
Assist on CPF e-submission.
Assist on the review, design and implementation of compensation & benefits schemes, HR policies, systems and practices.
Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
