Job Description:

Report to the Project Manager and / or Asst. Project Manager.

· Overall, in charge of site coordination.

· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project on site & monitor and control general workers deployment

· Maintain and manage site storage areas for building materials and equipment.

· Maintain records and movement of the rental materials / equipment regardless of whether such items is used by / issued to whoever throughout the construction period.

· Planning ahead to prevent problem on site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials. Monitor and control material wastage

· Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.

· Control and monitor work progress and resources. carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.

· In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.

· Coordinate with project staff especially technical staff, client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters to ensure that the operation on site is smooth, timely, safe, within budget and acceptable quality.

· Ensure works are carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with quality of work and timely completion and good.

· Ensure that proper housekeeping is always maintained at all locations.

· Monitor Project's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent cost overruns.

· Provide proper guidance and training to junior staff.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

· Eight years of relevant experience.

· Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent or mature candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered.

· Able to work independently and cope in a fast-paced environment.

· Well-versed in LTA Project, construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.

· Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

The Job Descreption:

• Report to contract manager and liaise with site manager/engineer on quantity and pricing issue

• Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation of civil and building projects

• Office-based but will go on site visits to keep track of the progression of the project with regards to quantity and variation claims

• Preparation of quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview

• Preparation and resolution of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts

• Liaise with Client on all contractual issues especially in measurement and VO verification

• Handle other assigned duties or related job as required

The Job Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills are needed for discussion with stakeholders

• Candidate should possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in QS and construction related fields.

• Knowledge in civil structure specifications and construction contract conditions.

• Preferably have local construction experiences in rebar measurement.

• Skill in MS office, preferably with basic knowledge of AUTOCAD software

• Independent and attentive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

· Liaise with Contract manger or project’s team.

Job Description:

1. The candidate must have knowledge of Rebar work. who should know how to prepare and deliver the necessary tools and equipment for the various work sites. Able to handle and rectify damaged tools and equipment.

2. The situation of overtime working may be required when the project’s needs.

3. Constantly needs to be reporting the work status to the manager.

4. Must have experience of managing workers, and ability & knowledge to arrange work for workers.

5. Capable of rectifying the site issues. Able to provide materials in case of any urgency in the workplace.

7. Should be able to coordinate with the workers and co-drivers. Schedule & arranged the pickup area and timing with the co-driver’s morning and evening for all the workers.

8. Always able to coordinate, support the workers at sites and office staff efficiently.

9. Must check the tools working condition before bringing them to work sites.

10. Must have the capacity to do the demolition work in case of a worker in shortage or when the work status about to end as teamwork.

11. You will be the point of contact in any urgent works rise.

12. Must be physically fit to carry heavy materials to load and unload to work sites. Material stores to be always maintained properly.

The Requirements:

1. Able to communicate in English & Mandarin，writing in simple English.

2. Could follow company's projects progress work among the varies sites.

3. Could be a team leader, train & guide the construction workers at project site.
