The key role as driver would include the following:

• Fetching clients to and from their place of residence and centre
• Fetching clients and staff for social outings
• Maintenance covering servicing, repairs, renewal of road tax, inspection of vehicle etc
• To keep the vehicle clean, and to wash and polish the vehicle once a week
• To keep proper records on users, petrol usage etc in the vehicle logbook
• To perform or assist in any other tasks or projects as may be assigned

Volunteer Management

· Assist the VM team in the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers (focusing on senior volunteers 50 years and above).

· Tо connect аnd buіld rеlаtіоnѕhірѕ wіth volunteers and еxtеrnаl ѕtаkеhоldеrѕ tо рrоmоtе thе gіvіng ѕріrіt.

· Assist to trаіn рrоgrаmmе ѕtаff tо wоrk соllаbоrаtіvеlу with these vоluntееrѕ.

· Orіеntаtе аnd trаіn vоluntееrѕ tо іnсrеаѕе thеіr undеrѕtаndіng оf thе оrgаnіѕаtіоn, сlіеntѕ, аnd ѕеrvісеѕ.

· Plаn аnd іmрlеmеnt fоrmаl and іnfоrmаl vоluntееr rесоgnіtіоn еffоrtѕ tо appreciate thе gооd wоrk оf оur vоluntееrѕ аnd раrtnеrѕ.

· Wоrk collaboratively wіth thе fundrаіѕіng tеаm аnd tо organize suitable vоluntееr асtіvіtіеѕ оr together with соrроrаtе раrtnеrѕ.

· To perform or assist in any other tasks or projects as may be assigned to you.

Media Management

- Post COH events or clients’ activities on COH social media (Facebook and Instagram).

- Upload COH event videos to the COH YouTube channel.

- Update Website when required.

- Assist the VM team in COH newsletter distribution which includes but is not limited to printing cover letters via mail merge of the COH contact list, mailing the newsletter, and recording and updating the COH contact list whenever required.

• To implement and monitor progress of clients' individual Care Plan Goals
• To be responsible and accountable for the overall well-being of clients both in the day activity centre (DAC) and in the community
• To build upon and increase clients’ current abilities vis-à-vis their activities of daily living skills, community living skills, social and interpersonal skills and to integrate them into the community
• To maintain open communication with caregivers on understanding the clients' needs and further development
• To help clients achieve a higher level of emotional maturity
• Relevance working experience of working with People with Disabilities (PWDs) - especially intellectual disability including those with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy
• Good command of English (written and oral)
• Basic computer knowledge especially MS Word and Excel
• Effective communicator
• Sociable with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and organized
• Adaptable and willing to learn
• Independent as well as a good team player
• Passion, enthusiasm, and strong commitment are essential
