• Responsible for P&L of the accounts managed and assigned territory PS/MS business as well organizing, planning, directing and coordinating overall performance.
• Responsible for delivery operations to meet budget and other financial goals
• Responsible for successful execution of business strategies for services engagement, profession services and managed services delivery units.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and growth in customer satisfaction score for both PS and MS
• Ensure operations compliance to the terms and conditions of contracts and SLAs
• Engage customers - collaborate with account managers to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business in a geographic territory, driving cloud adoption in key markets and accounts.
• Sell consulting engagements – that can span from short on-site projects proving the value of cloud services to massive cloud migration projects that include the movement of thousands of applications and the automation of the cloud infrastructure to house them.
• Coach and lead - collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use various cloud services
• Deliver value - lead high quality delivery of a variety of customized engagements with partners and enterprise customers in the commercial and public sectors.
• Lead great people - attract top IT architecture talent to build high performing teams of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills
• Be a customer advocate - Work with the engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to cloud technology roadmaps
