Job Responsibilites:

• Provides positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service over the fuel kiosk counters
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment eg clearing of eg clearing of rubbish, sweeping, cleaning of dispensers, cleaning of oil spills, etc.
• Changing of receipt rolls on fuel dispensers
• Traffic controlling due to heavy traffic
• Answers customers’ questions about the products and/or service
• Report issues, failure of equipment and incidents to the Operations Supervisor (Ops Sup)

Job Requirements:

• GCE O, N Levels or Secondary education
• Must be able to perform rotating shifts including midnight shift and cross-deployed between different fuel kiosk stations when required
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Able to commit long term part-time contract basis
• Able to commit work during weekdays /weekends and public holidays (day, and night shifts according to roster schedule)
