Position Overview:
The incumbent works closely with the QC Manager on all aspects of Quality Control in the labolatory, in particular, on product reliability and compliance to all established product standards. Ensures that all aspects of quality within the organization is upheld.

Responsibilities:

• Able to provide guidance and coach lab technicians.
• The incumbent inspects all incoming raw material for compliance according to current standards.
• The incumbent conducts periodic checks and analysis on all WIPs.
• The incumbent retains finished product samples from production to conduct checks and analysis.
• Assist QA on failure analyses, corrective and preventive action response to customer’s complaint.
• Assist in GMP audits, validation, qualification and change control.
• Assist in maintaining Product Quality and Technical File.
• Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, products, or tests.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in related field (Chemical Process Technology, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
• Proven experience in the evaluation and validation of materials, products, or processes, adhering to regulatory standards.
• In-depth knowledge of the cGMP and ISO 13485.

Facility Maintenance and Management:
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all facility equipment and systems.
• Oversee facility renovations and construction projects.
• Manage facility utilities (electricity, water, gas) and ensure optimal usage.

Safety and Security:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct drills.

Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a team of facility maintenance personnel.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate facility records and documentation.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related course
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, compliance standards and facility management software and tools.
• Open for rotate working days.
