Main Responsibilities:

• Understand the Quality, Environment, Water Efficiency and Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Objectives including the environmental aspects and impacts, Safety risk assessment, etc.
• Ensure the effectiveness of Quality & Environment Management System across the department and compliance with the legal & regulation.
• Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment.
• Support implementing environmental management operations and activities such as Control of chemicals, energy, water and waste. Improve the capacity of production and cost-down projects.
• To review and enhance the safety aspect of the production and inspection area.
• Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety to the relevant internal authority.
• To liaise with customers regarding production issues/ projects.
• To establish & review periodically the work instructions, process parameters standards (PMP) and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineer or Material Science.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electroplating or semiconductor industry.
• Independent and self-driven individual.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
