Responsibilities:
- New Business Development
Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities for Managed Services across the Asia Pacific region, expanding Company's client base and market share.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
- Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
Engage with key clients to deeply understand their business challenges, needs, and pain points, positioning Company's Managed Services offerings as tailored solutions to address those requirements.
- Solution Design & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to design and propose customized Managed Services solutions that meet client expectations and deliver value.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their evolving needs and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Point of Contact & Issue Resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to maintain positive client relationships.
- Market Awareness & Industry Trends
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions related to Managed Services to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct regular market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, monitor competitive positioning, and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Proposal Development & Presentation
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight Company’s expertise and solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and how the company’s offerings align with their objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multiple stakeholders & Security/Solution-based sales experience required
- Regional sales experience is preferred.
- Have experience in Technology and Engineering industry
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
