• New Business Development
  Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities for Managed Services across the Asia Pacific region, expanding Company's client base and market share.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
  Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
• Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
  Engage with key clients to deeply understand their business challenges, needs, and pain points, positioning Company's Managed Services offerings as tailored solutions to address those requirements.
• Solution Design & Collaboration
  Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to design and propose customized Managed Services solutions that meet client expectations and deliver value.
• Client Relationship Management
  Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their evolving needs and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Point of Contact & Issue Resolution
  Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to maintain positive client relationships.
• Market Awareness & Industry Trends
  Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions related to Managed Services to identify new opportunities and remain competitive.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
  Conduct regular market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, monitor competitive positioning, and refine sales strategies accordingly.
• Proposal Development & Presentation
  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight Company’s expertise and solutions, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and how the company’s offerings align with their objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multiple stakeholders & Security/Solution-based sales experience required
• Regional sales experience is preferred.
• Have experience in Technology and Engineering industry
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
• Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Air Freight warehouse.
• To ensure effective workflow, schedule and assign jobs to warehouse staff.
• Organize information with both internal and external stakeholders, such as air cargo terminals and customer service, freight planners, and export operations, and keep accurate shipping records.
• Maintain efficient internal controls over how incoming and outgoing shipments are handled in the air freight warehouse.
• Utilize automated machinery and software (such as conveyor dimensioning systems and FME) to optimize warehouse operations.
• Arrange shipments in the warehouse effectively by planning and optimizing the available space.
• Using inventory control systems and best practices, supervise the loading, storing, and incoming and outgoing shipment processes.
• Track and monitor warehouse KPIs for cost management, asset utilization, quality, customer interactions, and process optimization.
• To facilitate effective warehouse operations, make sure MHE is kept up.
• Oversee the rules and processes pertaining to safety, security, and health regulations.
• Create procedures for risk assessment, emergency response, disaster recovery, access control, and personnel and physical security in warehouse operations.
• Oversee change management and continuous improvement projects to save time, money, and improve quality.
• Using the defined KPI, track and evaluate the performance of the warehousing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with at least five years of working experience.
• Experience in Air Freight Operations, Warehouse management & manpower management skills
• Aggressive, analytical, and detail-oriented in recognizing and resolving operational issues.
• A self-starter who is creative and inventive in promoting ongoing progress.
• Able to adjust to a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment while upholding efficiency, quality, and safety.
