Responsibilities:

Logistics/Freight Sales Task:

• Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers
• Prepare a target of key accounts and effectively establish Air products/ services on focused trade lanes.
• Weekly sales calls, follow up on all air sales leads.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to FF Sales leader.
• Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
• Ensure Personal sales targets and KPI are met

Logistics/Freight Operations Task:

• Check Incoming pre-alert from customer/oversea, check instruction.
• Quotation to customer/oversea agents.
• Prepare AirWaybills, documents, declare permits, key submission to Airlines/Terminal.
• Need to liaise with Customers & overseas Agents, check e-mail.
• Submission Shipment detail thru website system(CCN) to Singapore Customs.
• Do billing, send email, etc.. related with operation- AIR Import / Export.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air or Ocean) / Logistics Industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
