As a Software QA Associate, first, you should understand the art of being human.
You will be responsible for assisting in the plan & execution of our software quality assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability, usability, and performance. You will be working closely with development, product, and QA team members to test, identify, and help resolve software issues.

Job Description:

• Understand business functions and analyse user requirements
• Identify the scope of project, requirements and build consensus with all business stakeholders
• Analysis, scoping of data, functional requirement & specification, application design and obtain user requirements
• Plan, prepare and develop test cases
• Execute testing on digital product (web application)
• Conduct UAT and support functional testing
• Prepare all necessary document & checklist to facilitate and deliver the project

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to develop skills in software QA, with a willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• User Centric: Sensitive to user behavior, user flow for digital products (Web apps)
• Attention to Detail: Sensitive to the use case and able to spot anomalies, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Communication Skills: Ability communicate with internal and external; ability to clearly document and explain issues in detail, with effective communication skills for collaboration (team player).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development and testing processes.

• Being human
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman) is a plus.

We are looking for a B2B SaaS Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities and optimize the sales funnel in the rapidly evolving RegTech industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales Leader, develop targeted lead generation strategies, and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
  Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting decision-makers in compliance and regulatory sectors. Leverage digital marketing tools, cold outreach, and networking events to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B SaaS leads.
• Sales Funnel Optimization
  Partner with the Sales Leader to refine and scale the sales funnel, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to conversion. Provide insights on lead quality, pipeline health, and propose strategies for improving conversion rates.
• Market Research & Targeting
  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities within the RegTech sector. Focus outreach on key verticals such as financial services and regulatory bodies. Remain abreast of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to pinpoint fresh business prospects effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align lead generation efforts with product offerings and customer needs. Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, webinars, and demos for RegTech prospects.
• Data-Driven Lead Management
  Track and report on lead generation metrics such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs. Use CRM and SaaS analytics tools to manage leads and optimize campaigns.
• Consultative Prospect Engagement
  Engage with potential clients to understand their regulatory challenges and provide tailored SaaS solution demonstrations, building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Attributes:

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance sectors.
• Strong lead generation skills with a history of driving new business.
