Responsibilities

The Motion Graphic Artist/ Designer will manage design-related tasks across the company and undertake the responsibility of crafting and designing layouts, illustration of custom graphics, and computer graphical visualisation for digital ads

Conceptualize visual assets and craft them for our project, as well as visual or digital ads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication, Fine Arts or other related fields
• Showcasing a range of design projects, including digital and print materials.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design software (e.g, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect)
• Proficiency in 3D Computer Graphic software (e.g, Maya, Houdini) is a plus
• Resourceful, Creative and Detailed-oriented
• Experience in retouching images and color-correct
• Assist in liaising with design and build companies in conceptualizing and executing exhibition narratives and content presentations which require design solutions
• Experience or interest in generating AI is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design techniques, principles and maintaining consistent graphic standards
• Able to work off normal hours within the occasion period
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Expected to conduct visual research, have strong self-learning skills and suggest advertising concepts and ideas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The lead Online Artist is responsible for overseeing others who combine live-action and computer-generated elements into visual effects shots that realize the vision and creative direction of the client and visual effects supervisor.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Compositors, and oversee the running of projects for the online team to standardise the file organisation and techniques, if its required.

2. Evaluate the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.

3. Use an array of proprietary software tools to produce extensive composite shots for the final output using all the elements given by the production team.

4. Creative responsibility to keep the continuity of the sequence consistent with the key shot.

5. Ensure shots are delivered to the very highest standard

6. Stay on schedule and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality of work.

7. Craft and update documentation for assets, tools, techniques and workflows.

8. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.

9. Perform all tasks associated with the compositing process, including 2D tracking, matte extraction, layering of elements and colour grading

10. Complete work within the schedule while maintaining constant communication with the production team and other artists

11. Ability to share techniques and mentor junior-level talent

12. The ability to perform digital matte painting, texture painting, or paint/roto work is a plus
