Job Description: Administrative and Clinical Support Assistant

Overview:The Administrative and Clinical Support Assistant plays a dual role, combining administrative duties with clinical support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a healthcare facility. This position involves assisting with office management, patient care, and coordination between the administrative and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

1. Front Desk Management:Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
   Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
   Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence.
   Check patients in and out, verifying patient information and updating records.
   
2. Patient Records:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based.
   Ensure proper documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
   Handle the filing, retrieval, and archiving of patient records.
   
3. Billing:Process patient billing, manage invoices, and handle payments.
   Assist patients with billing inquiries.
   
4. Office Management:Order and manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
   Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
   Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
   

Clinical Support Duties:

Requirements: Administrative and Clinical Support Assistant
