We are looking for passionate matured individuals to apply for the opening of Digital Executive under Mid-Career Pathway Programme.

Under this programme, trainee will The Digital Executive will be trained on all aspects of the pre & post-digital sales process. This includes media plan creation and execution, campaign delivery, client support and satisfaction. He/she will be trained to develop digital media plans and presentations across multiple digital advertising categories while working with sales and ad ops to help grow the business.

This role is open to Singaporean/Singapore PR applicants aged 40 and above, who are seeking to making a switch to marketing agency industry. He/she will undergo 6 months of training under this programme, before potential conversion to full-time employee.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a good relationship with clients for client retention and account management for key major accounts.
• Provide account leadership during all stages of client engagement and effectively manage ongoing client needs and expectations.
• Understand the client’s business objectives and goals. Provide strategic consultation to ensure client’s business objectives and goals are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES):

• Minimum 1-2 years of online advertising/marketing experience at a publisher, agency or ad tech firm. Prior experience in online account management/planning experience and familiarity with online advertising will be beneficial.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business-related modules, Marketing and Entrepreneurship preferred.
• Singaporeans/Singapore PR applicants aged 40 and above.

We are looking to hire Account Executive, who will be responsible for all aspects of the pre & post digital sales process including media plan creation and execution, campaign delivery, client support and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the AE will develop digital media plans and presentations across multiple digital advertising categories, working with sales and ad ops to help grow the business.

The job responsibility includes:

JOB OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for proving overall campaign management and optimisation to drive revenue growth.

Our core business is delivering digital marketing solutions including programmatic, search, social media initiatives, campaign development and performance marketing initiatives. We collaborate with our clients from strategy to execution for digital success. You will be a trusted consultant to help our clients develop effective campaigns and programmes to meet their marketing objectives.

We are looking for a creative Digital Executive to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various digital campaigns across a range of platforms. The campaign manager’s duties will include setting up campaigns, monitoring, optimising and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team on managing spend, providing insights and analytics as well as meeting KPI of each campaign.

To be successful, you will need to have experience in managing digital campaigns across programmatic, search, social and LinkedIn. You will be an excellent campaign executive and have a talent for working under pressure.

• Presentation to the client on the media strategy, optimization strategy or performance of the campaign
• Leverage available planning tools and liaise with media owners/vendors for proposals;
• Engage clients on a day to day operations, media trend updates and various campaign reports.
• Campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing;
• Fundamental implementation an ensure performance across channels (Search, Social, Programmatic).
• Monitor and optimize performance during campaign period across platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Programmatic.
• Weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES):

• Have proven experience in managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Understand current marketing trends.
• The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
• Proven results and skill sets in performance marketing will be an advantage.
• Skills sets in running and optimizing across Programmatic, Google suites of product, Social and LinkedIn
• Be a team player who will proactively provide that sales team with insights and recommendations on how they can advise their clients on the progress of each campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum: Diploma in Business/Marketing preferred.

Degree holders with relevant experiences will be considered for senior positions.
