We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Marketing and Community Manager for our team in Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Logistics Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engagement, communication and branding for rider business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, maintain and manage all rider-related communication channels (7 channels: website, mobile application, email, social media, SMS, Telegram, and focus group discussions)
• Oversee all 40+ rider partnerships, deals, and discounts
• Conceptualize and execute monthly rider events and campaigns (Both online and offline) together with our Rider Admin, this will most likely be a shared task
• Responsible for projects under rider insurance and rider government affairs
• Handle all marketing-related rider projects such as PR, social media, advertising, online and in-person activations, etc.
• Responsible for the design, launch, and distribution of quarterly rider equipment and accessories
• Spearhead ad-hoc projects that ensure the growth and retention of the 35k+ delivery fleet of foodpanda Singapore

We are looking for a Rider Compensation Operations Executive to join our growing team in Operations, at the heart of the foodpanda business! Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach. This position sits under Rider Growth / Fleet Health in the local SG market. The role is split into two parts:

Strategic part

• Strong collaboration with our regional overhead and strategizing of delivery partner payment landscape
• Analyze earnings data and implement payment schemes to suggest improvements on existing setups / Identify and analyze areas of improvement in rider earnings and payments, that lead to an optimized logistics experience
• Connect key performance metrics with delivery partner earnings to drive strategic changes within the earnings setup
• Find ways to drive logistics efficiency by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline business processes

Operational part

• Have an ear on the street and understand rider needs and want / translate these into actionable insights
• Act as a payroll partner for our fleet / Preparing data for payroll
• Bridge the gap between our shared service center for delivery partners and act on escalations on rider payments tickets
• Hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solution to our daily operational issue / Strong cross-departmental collaboration working together with other operational roles on ensuring a high quality work environment for our delivery partners
