The Senior Director, Service Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of CX & Service Operations across APAC and EU regions. Operations at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach. This position sits under Rider Growth / Fleet Health in the local SG market. The role is split into two parts:

Strategic part

• Strong collaboration with our regional overhead and strategizing of delivery partner payment landscape
• Analyze earnings data and implement payment schemes to suggest improvements on existing setups / Identify and analyze areas of improvement in rider earnings and payments, that lead to an optimized logistics experience
• Connect key performance metrics with delivery partner earnings to drive strategic changes within the earnings setup
• Find ways to drive logistics efficiency by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline business processes
