Your key responsibilities:

• Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders including Product, Sales, Regional Transaction Management (RTM), Technology and Infrastructure to support deliver commercial opportunities and enable business growth including new markets, economies or products.

Your skills and experience:

Your key responsibilities:

• Working as part of a front-office Client Services/Client Management product team to actively manage a portfolio of agency & trustee mandates including (but not limited to) the following products:
  Syndicated Loans, Project Finance,

Ensure the adherence of internal control procedures in the ongoing administration of such transactions.
• Manage all ongoing portfolio management responsibilities linked to assigned transactions, including but not limited to placement of investments, review and preparation of reports, interest and collateral calculation, monitoring of quantitative and qualitative covenants, and maintenance of deal administration files.
• Liaison with issuers/borrowers and noteholders/lenders to deal with waivers, consent solicitations and restructurings/default management with documentation amendments as required.

Details of the Division and Team:

Deutsche Bank is exposed to a wide range of risks every day. It is the responsibility of the Chief Risk Office (CRO) to identify, aggregate, manage and mitigate these risks. Credit Risk is a centralised risk-type function within the CRO function. The team is primarily responsible for providing credit approvals for single name credit risk, setting credit limits and monitoring and managing these in the context of the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management framework. The team provides deep technical expertise to the business aligned risk functions and facilitates strategic business decision-making to improve overall use of the bank’s capital and minimize loan losses.

The role involves working with a team of credit officers covering North Asia credit which is an important part of Deutsche Bank’s Asia growth strategy. This is a second Line of defense function to partner with the business stakeholders to grow and manage a healthy and balanced credit portfolio in a sustainable and remunerative manner. • Provide Global Change Management (GCM) coordination by creating, resourcing, securing approvals for, and ensuring timely execution of planned changes, within Deutsche Bank Change Management policy.
