Primary Responsibilities

· Credibility: The AWS Cloud Solution Tech Lead ’s primary objective is to establish credibility for the Professional Services Group to the client.

· Design: Lead multiple concurrent projects where both strategy and good tactical decision making are key. Design solutions to complex business problems by extending our proprietary software in ways that are supportable, upgradeable, maintainable and (ideally) would garner support across multiple customers.

· Communicate: Champion the understanding, support for, and value of the architecture function and strategy, lead the architecture function including direct and indirect team members, and secure active participation and strong advocacy from the Business and IT communities, customers, suppliers, and industry bodies.

Detailed Responsibilities

· Present the Actimize solutions to our customers in both pre-sales and post-sales role, creating credibility for the Professional Services

· Lead the solution pitch and design effort on a variety of projects

· Design, review and document the on-site architecture of the AML solutions for deployment on AWS, working together with the implementation teams and the customer business and IT teams

· Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project teams throughout all project phases, from planning to production deployment and beyond

· Collaborate with product management on defining new product features

· Create standard architecture documents, best practices and tools to be used by the professional services team in the various projects

· Work with pre-sales teams to design and present possible solutions to potential new customers, as well as help with RFI/RFP responses

Qualifications

Must have Experience in the following:

· Software Integration Solutions design

· Customer Presentation and Technical Writing

· Web architecture: web servers & application servers

· Database systems like Oracle and MS-SQL Server

· AWS, Container technologies, Kubernetes, PostgresSQL, OpenShift, DevSecOps, ETL Scripting, Java, Oracle, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)

· Designing for high availability

· Customer facing experience, preferably in a Consulting or Professional Services capacity

· Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and rapidly adapt to changing technology landscape

Purpose of the Role:

In this role as a Product Analyst, you will be a pivotal member of the Product Team, focusing on the maritime domain within the metals mining and trading industry. Your role involves collaborating with the Engineering team to support the development and enhancement of platforms that cater to the unique needs of maritime operations in the metals trading sector. Your primary duties will include understanding and analysing maritime-specific business requirements, documenting these requirements, defining project scopes, and ensuring that the deliverables align with the business' strategic outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in converting maritime-specific business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that these are clearly communicated and understood by the technical team.

• Play an active role in agile project teams, contributing to sprint planning sessions with a focus on business goals and priorities.

• Conduct sessions for process mapping, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of operational flows and identifying overlaps and synergies across different business functions.

We are currently seeking a motivated, seasoned, hands-on Project Manager with a successful track record of implementing enterprise applications within the financial industry; preferably analytical applications as a vendor.

Responsibilities

· Lead multiple projects at once while ensuring products/deliverables meet contract/work-plan specifications and deadline with minimum supervision

· Building and maintaining solid client relationships with senior IT and business managers and act as SPOC through all phases of the project

· Manage day-to-day client relationship, translate customer contract into a comprehensive project plan and manage end to end delivery that includes performing project office tasks, co-ordination of internal resources, status reporting, billing, etc.

· Actively manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes to scope, cost or schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them with urgency, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

· Execute Hybrid and Agile projects/programs and take up Scrum Master role when required

· Support users through UAT, product acceptance and customer support handover

· Get knowledgeable in Actimize products and data requirements by organized training, self-reading and engage with client business and technology stakeholders as trusted advisor

· Act as liaison between the customer and Actimize offices and development sites across multiple geographies

· Effectively communicate between multiple internal interfaces/stakeholders in a global matrix environment to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

· Around 6-8 years of experience as customer facing PM with hands-on experience in managing multiple complex projects; SaaS experience an advantage

· Computer Science Degree or Engineering background or equivalent; MBA will be an advantage

· External consulting or professional services experience at an enterprise software vendor

· Excellent client relationship skills with a sales orientation

· Experience in delivering product-based enterprise solutions for financial services industry a MUST. Experience in AML, Fraud domain areas or Compliance experience, would be a plus
