Job Description:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with general contractors, developers, and other potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
2. Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids for construction projects. Ensure all bid submissions meet the clients' requirements and deadlines.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for business growth.
4. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring that contracts are profitable and aligned with the company's capabilities. Work closely with legal and project management teams to finalize agreements.
5. Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure client expectations are met during project execution. Address any issues that arise promptly and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and expand the client base. Actively seek opportunities to increase brand visibility in the market.
