Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting function for Corporate Office
• Review, analysis and commentary of monthly financial reports for the group
• Responsible for banking and treasury Function
• Co-ordinate year end external audits and ensure statutory accounts are completed timely
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards
• Assists with formulating Corporate Finance policies
• Oversee taxation and transfer Pricing matters
• Oversee accounts receivable and credit control function

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in in a diversified international business environment involved in manufacturing and trading
• Knowledge in costing will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Proficient in accounting software, MS office and other reporting tools
