- Take charge of payroll processing and payroll management to ensure all mandatory legislative requirements are complied with.
- Handle Work Pass applications, renewals and other employment-related required applications.
- Generate various HR reports required for internal and external submissions.
- Provide support to HR Manager to run the day-to-day HR operations from recruitment to liaising with government agencies and statutory boards (e.g., MOM, IRAS, CPF, Law Society) on all sorts of HR-related matters.
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of payroll experiences in leading role
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel and Word
