Key Responsibilities
- Assist in upholding our commitment to exceptional service by supporting daily tasks and operations
- Conduct regular inspections and address any cleaning or maintenance needs and ensure everything is in tip-top shape
- Be responsible for tracking and managing inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring stock availability
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
- Experience in F&B is preferred
- Basic food hygiene & safety cerification is preferred
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Minimum N Levels education
- Excellent service aptitude and ability to communicate effectively
