Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Encourage children's independence and decision-making skills through age-appropriate activities
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Assess and track children's progress and provide timely feedback to parents
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
• Proven experience working as a preschool educator or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and educational theories
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
• Familiarity with the preschool curriculum and best practices in early childhood education
• Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
