Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within these sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, research facilities, and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Marketing Collaboration: Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and consultants, effectively communicating the value proposition of our ductwork solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our ductwork products and services, as well as advancements in HVAC technology relevant to the target sectors.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and project plans.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Sales Training Programs: Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
