Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests raised via helpdesk and call center.
• Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.
• Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure right assignments on time.
• Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.
• Follow SOP to identify potential issues and escalate to the shift lead for critical incidents or eMails.
• Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release.

The Contractor will provide technically competent technical expertises who fulfil the required military security clearances (commencing with Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineers, Helpdesk, and Ops teams to works closely with Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure effective management of daily operations, oversee successful transitions and transformations, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and SLOs, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

o Day-to-Day Operations Management:

§ Oversee and manage daily operations across Production, QA/Test, and Sandbox/Development environments.

§ Ensure server health, network performance, and system administration tasks are completed efficiently.

o Transition and Transformation Execution:

§ Develop and implement plans for transitioning infrastructure components from development to production.

§ Execute transformation initiatives to enhance infrastructure services and align with best practices.

o Compliance and Governance:

§ Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

§ Support and enhance compliance platforms for vulnerability management, log management, and overall governance.

o Cloud Infrastructure Enablement:

§ Facilitate onboarding of new services and tenants into the compliance platform.

§ Manage the Infrastructure Service Desk and Help Desk to address user support needs and queries.

o Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

§ Drive continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives.

§ Monitor and optimize performance to meet SLAs and KPIs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

o Documentation and Reporting:

§ Maintain and update documentation for operational procedures, system configurations, and transition plans.

§ Generate and provide regular reports on operational performance, incidents, and compliance status.

o Stakeholder Coordination:

§ Coordinate with Authority representatives, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.

o Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in infrastructure operations and transformation.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or a related area
• Proven experience in managing vendor relationships within the payments industry including vendor performance management and dispute resolution
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to IT vendor management
• Exhibit strong risk mindset, ensuring rigorous execution and adherence to best practices in line with operator of the national critical payment infrastructure
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess vendor performance, track KPIs, and develop improvement plans
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing changes to improve vendor management processes

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT Governance or risk management with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in IT Governance and/or Risk management.
• Candidates from financial/payment industry and familiar with MAS & CCOP regulatory requirements or equivalent are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in IT/Cyber operations/governance/audit/regulatory compliance who are keen to explore a career in IT Governance and risk management are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, IT Governance practices, operations risk management processes and industry trends/practices (e.g. NIST framework, MAS requirements, ISO 27001 standard, PS Act, etc.).
• Certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or any relevant certification is an advantage.
• Good project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
• An eye for details, and able to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines.
• Proactive team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, presentation and business writing skills.
• Possess a strong control and process management mindset, able to perform deep-dive investigations and crunching for control and process issues.

Experience in Data Center Operations.

Experience in Server/ Application monitoring with proficiency in any of the monitoring tool.

Knowledge of enterprise backup management, using any of the enterprise tool.

Basic experience in Server operating systems like Windows or Linux.

Experience in any ITSM tool and knowledge of incident, problem and change management process.

Need to manage facility related tasks in data center like tape movement, visitor management and security process adherence etc.
