Job Responsibilities

• Creating accurate schematics and technical drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
• Using Autocad software to develop precise and detailed drawings.
• Collaborating with the project team to ensure drawings align with project goals.
• Incorporating feedback and revising technical drawings as necessary.
• Handle technical queries from customers.
• Interface with sales department, sales reps, vendors and customers to develop fire & gas systems proposals.
• Coordinate with project manager, project coordinators for efficient project execution to meet/exceed customer’s requirements and expectation, project schedule and quality standards.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational qualifications: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Must have hands-on skills in Autocad design which is essential for producing technical drawings.
• Good knowledge and experience of project engineering/project management.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients in China.
• Team player with good communication skill.

• To handle technical proposal and projects execution of company distributed European branded Electrical and Instrumentation products in Asia and Asia Pacific for maritime and petrochemical, oil & gas industry for both Fire & Gas Detection System & Tank Gauging System etc.
• Responsible for preparing technical proposal based on specifications provided.

Job Requirements

• Handle all the deliveries to local customers.

• Running errands to banks
• Ensure that the maintenance of the van in good working conditions.

• Provide chauffeuring services to CEO and his family.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the vehicle and ensure vehicles are always in good working conditions.
• Schedule for regular car servicing.
• Save petrol and drive with safety as a priority.
• Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving.
• To check car fuel levels and cash card balance to ensure that there is sufficient balance especially over weekends and public holidays.
• Do not leave and drive out of work without permission from CEO.
• Any other ad-hoc works assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Clean driving records
• At least 4 - 5 years related driving experience as Personal Driver.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule and able to work overtime when required during weekends/public holidays.
• Good time management with a high degree of punctuality.
• Physically good eyesight to drive on the road.
• Working location : Report to CEO’s house located at Robertson Quay
• 5-day work week (Mon – Fri) 8.15am to 5.45pm
• Vehicle not allowed to drive home.
• Our office is located in Pioneer area.
