Contribute to the implementation of new IT projects
Collaborate with the IT team to set up and configure computer systems and software applications
Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries and resolve IT-related problems
Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
The Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and enthusiastic learner, thriving in dynamic environments
Seeking full-time interns for a comprehensive 6-month engagement, and part-time interns committed to at least 3 working days a week
