Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior secretary.
- Organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Verify and edit data as needed, cross-checking input with source documents.
- Maintain databases and ensure that records are up to date.
- Archive historical information as required.
- Follow all regulatory and departmental data entry and processing procedures.
- Follow up with submission of documents.
- Ensure accuracy and submission of reports.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘N/O’ Levels / Diploma and above.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months.
- Able to commence work immediately or in short notice.
- Inters are welcomed, experience with co.sec preffered.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office skills in Excel, knowledge in other data tools.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Attention to details and meticulous.
- Fast learner.
