• Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, applying your expertise in statistics, data science, and programming. Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive AI solution delivery.
  
• Technology & Platform Support:Stay up to date with the relevant software platforms and infrastructure necessary for deploying machine learning models. Ensure compatibility and seamless integration with the firm’s technical stack and production systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Financial Services (either industry or consulting and appropriate to your level). Preferably a year of consulting experience in any of the Big 4 or consulting firms.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for large, unstructured data sets.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML model deployment practices, including cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience running model performance tests, identifying bugs, and implementing solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge in statistics, data science, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for large, unstructured data sets.
