Plan for on site work schedule and sequence of work.
Execute works according to proper sequence of work.
Ensure works are according to method of statement submitted.
Plan and arrange for materials for site.
Plan and arrange for manpower on site.
Coordinate deliveries with vendors for materials supply
Supervise site installation activities
Attend site meetings with clients, main-con and sub-cons
Closely monitor site progress and ensure quality control
Supervise the workers to ensure works carry out accordance to safety plan and regulations
Attend site inspection/survey and maintain safe working environment
