• Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing clients through phone calls to promote skincare products and services.
• Product Promotion: Explain the benefits of various beauty and skincare products, treatments, and promotions to clients.
• Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultations, product demonstrations, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants or skincare specialists.
• Sales Follow-up: Track follow-up calls, handle customer queries, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients on products and services, reporting any concerns or suggestions to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous Telemarketing Experience: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Confidence in pitching products and services, with persuasive techniques to close sales.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, making a high volume of calls while handling administrative tasks.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Massage customers and administer other body treatments

• Understand the needs and expectations of each client, recommend body treatments, and provide the most effective wellness service to the client.

• Knowledge of Scraping (GuaSha), and Tuina will be a plus point

• Maintain a high level of professional customer service.

• Create an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and neatness of the facilities and treatment room.

Requirements

• Preferably with a relevnant certification

• Effective communication skills.

• Minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience

• Require to work 5/6 days a week

• Able to work on weekends / public holidays
